How I work
I run your marketing the way medicine taught me to handle a case.
Most marketers prescribe before they examine. Medicine trained me to do the opposite, and the clinical method turned out to be the best marketing process I have ever used. I follow four steps, in this order, every time.

-
History
Before I write anything, I read everything: your calls, your transcripts, your old posts, your CRM and the strategy your other advisors already gave you. Most of what a business needs is already inside it, unsaid.
On one engagement this meant reading the document the client kept on where his business stood, an 81-module framework, two advisor calls and the whole community feed before I sent a single line of copy.
-
Diagnosis
Then I show you where the system stalls, and I cite your own sources back to you, so what you get is your own business read properly instead of my opinion competing with your advisors.
The document I hand over is called the Gap Read. It names every gap, quotes the source, and puts them in the order they should be fixed.
-
Treatment
I build the thing that closes the gap and I run it: the pages, emails, workflows, scripts and content. You get them built, tested and live, instead of a plan to carry out yourself.
The build usually lands as an operating system: what ships, on what day, from whose hands, with your time protected.
-
Follow-up
Then I read the numbers honestly every week. What worked gets more, and what did not gets cut, including my own ideas.
After one launch I told the client the opens were strong and the clicks were poor, and that the next one should test the first email instead of writing four angles.
The question everyone asks now
Here is exactly where AI fits.
Everyone has the same tools now. What separates the work is the material that goes in and the person checking what comes out.
AI does my research synthesis, my transcript work, my first-pass structure and the repetitive production. It never writes the thesis, it never writes the final words, and nothing reaches you carrying a claim I have not checked against the source.
I also build AI systems for clients. I built Fire Fuel SEO their first custom AI prompt system, and they use it to produce content.
What it feels like
Your side of a working week.
Monday
You get the plan for the week and make one decision, usually about what the main piece is. It takes about ten minutes.
Midweek
You talk for about an hour, on camera or not. I take the recording from there.
Approvals
You give two or three one-tap approvals on your phone, whenever you get to them.
Friday
You get the numbers, read honestly, and what I am changing next week because of them.
If you have to write anything, I have done my job badly.
Start here
Tell me what you are selling and who it is for. I will tell you what I would build first.
Message me on WhatsApp, and send a voice note if that is easier. I usually reply within a few hours, and I work on GMT+1.
